And that’s okay 🙂

If you have product-specific feedback (for e.g. feature requests), you may also provide feeback via a survey here. This is used by our Product Team to gauge demand for features, functionalities and improvements in our products. 

 

For customers on our In-App subscription plans (Intro, PIC)

If you’re dissatisfied with Kittyhawk’s product offerings, we are happy to offer credits that will be applied towards your future monthly billing.

We unfortunately cannot offer refunds on in-app subscription purchases (Intro, and PIC plans). You can ask iTunes or Google Play to issue refunds for all in-app subscriptions.

For customers on our Team and Web subscription plans (SMB, Enterprise)

For our customers on the SMB and Enterprise plans,  we typically offer either of the following:

  1. Refund amount not exceeding your previous month’s subscription fee.
  2. Credits towards your next month’s billing

Refunds and credits are provided based on Kittyhawk’s sole determination.
